FEATURES OF THE LYMPHATIC CHANNEL REMODELLING OF THE ORAL CAVITY MUCOSAL MEMBRANE IN OBSTRUCTIVE JAUNDICE ? In the chronic experiments on 60 white male rats was conducted the study of features of the different parts of the oral mucosa lymphatic channels remodeling in the obstructive jaundice. In quantitative study the diameters of the blind capillary outgrowths, diameter of lymphatic capillaries, lymphatic vessels diameter, the length of capillaries which form capillary loops were measured. In the obstructive jaundice occur the processes of remodeling of lymphatic channels of the oral mucosa, which are in both structural and spatial changes. Parallel occurred within one week of jaundice increase the area of the lymph capillary loops and the relative volume of the lymphomicrocirculatory channel. Thus, in the longterm obstructive jaundice in the oral mucosa occur sclerotic changes, which are manifested by a reduction of lymphatic capillaries and capillary blind outgrowths, disruption of the structure of lymph capillaries loops, aclear reduction in the relative volume of lymph flow.
