Consonants are classed into 1) labial made by the lips. They may be bilabial [p, b, m, w] and labio-dental [f, v].2) lingual: a) forelingual or apical, articulated with the tip of the tongue [l, t, d, n, s, z, ?, ?]; b) mediolingual produced with front part of the tongue [j, ?], c) back lingual produced with the back part of the tongue [k, g,]; d) pharyngeal [h]; 3) glottal articulated in the glottis.
