A marked reduction of lipid-transport system tolerance to exercise stress, manifesting itself in violation of both the direct and the reverse transport of cholesterol and lipoprotein metabolism in general, against the background of inadequate LPL activity, by reducing the efficiency of lipolysis in patients with atherosclerosis was revealed. CHD patients without clinical signs of atherosclerosis imbalance lipoproteins with decreasing HDL cholesterol and an increase in LDL-C at reduced LPL activity in response to exercise can be seen as early signs of the formation of the atherosclerotic process in these patients. Our studies have shown that patients surveyed groups dosed physical load causes the development of endogenous (post-exercise) hyperlipidemia and dyslipidemia due to functional failure of the system of reverse cholesterol transport with decreased activity of lipoprotein lipase.
