Аннотация к работе
Артерии, погруженные в мозговые оболочки, и приносящее сосуды паренхимы мозга выстланы эндотелиальной выстилкой, имеющей типичное для подобного типа сосудов строение. Перициты группируются вокруг сосудов и являются контрактильными клетками, которые контролируют диаметр просвета и движение крови в сосуде. Сосудистые структуры, согласно этим данным, соответствуют границам модулей и окружены прилежащими к сосудам астроцитами, изолируя, по мнению авторов, данные структурнофункциональные единицы мозга. Динамика ангиоархитектоники в этом случае в основном связана с изменениями их пространственного распределения, возможности дегенеративного ангиогенеза с уменьшением числа сосудов в участках с низкой энергетической активностью мозга. Предполагается, что связь между сосудами и нейронами составлена как пространственными и количественными составляющими кровотока, так и собственно уровнем проницаемости эндотелия и функциональной активности нейронов (Guo S. et al., 2008).
