Categorization and conceptualization of EXPERIENCECATEGORIZATION is the process in which ideas and objects are recognized, differentiated, and understood. Categorization implies that objects are grouped into categories, usually for some specific purpose. Categorization is fundamental in language, prediction, inference, decision making and in all kinds of environmental interaction.Concept categorization Categorization is a central topic in cognitive psychology, in linguistics, and in philosophy, but it is crucial precisely in learning. This characteristic accelerates the thinking process, favors the immediate selective and facilitates generalization and learning.Concept categorization: ЯБЦ is an information strategy (human beings are mainly information processors); ЯБЦ is a useful mode of considering things in an inclusive and general mode, and even though still being able to recognize the differences between them; ЯБЦ has an effect of cognitive economy, in referring common attributes to different objects; ЯБЦ has a role in the functioning of human memory, in the simplified storage of information; ЯБЦ includes stimuli processing, construction activation; ЯБЦ it is also an answer to information overload. In the 1970s, pioneering research by cognitive psychologist Eleanor Rosch and her colleagues presented a serious challenge to the classical view of categorization that had dominated Western thought since the time of Aristotle .According to this classical model, category membership is defined according to a set of necessary and sufficient conditions, which entails that category membership is an ТАШALL-or-NOTHINGТАЩ affair.
